Hay Clinic:
I consult in Hay on the first Tuesday of the month. I consult out of the Hay Aboriginal Medical Service at 78 Lachlan Street, Hay. To book an appointment for the Hay clinic, book online or contact me. The Hay AMS does not make any bookings for Deniliquin Pelvic Physio. If you are unable to find an available time, please contact me and I will put you on the waitlist for any cancellations that come up. It will also help me to determine if any extra day in Hay is needed.

Waitlist:
Please contact me to be put on a waitlist if you are after a specific day or time. You will be contacted if an appointment spot becomes available. After hours appointments only available on request and depending on practitioner availability.

Referrals:
You do not require a referral to physiotherapists.
I do accept referrals from your GP, gynaecologist, obstetrician, gastroenterologist or other specialist. These referrals do not provide a subsidy for your physio appointment; full price of appointment will incur.

If you have a Chronic Condition Management Plan through your GP for pelvic health physio, please let me know at the time of booking your appointment and bring your referral with you. The full price of the appointment is to be paid in full on the day, and the subsidy from Medicare will be paid into your nominated account after the appointment.
